隱私權政策

Meets Room 是 Moonshine Studio（以下稱「我們」）開發的 macOS 應用程式。這份政策說明 App 處理哪些資料、送到哪裡，以及你能怎麼控制。 簡單說：會議資料存在你的 Mac 上；我們沒有自己的伺服器保存你的會議，也不收集使用統計或廣告資料。
存在你 Mac 上的資料
- 會議的錄音、逐字稿、譯文、會議筆記、講者名稱與你的修改，存在 App 的資料夾中（
~/Library/Application Support/tw.moonshine.meetsroom）。 - AI 服務的用量與費用紀錄、App 的設定與本機診斷紀錄也存在這裡，不會送出。
- 若你允許 App 存取 macOS 行事曆，App 只讀取即將開始與剛開始的活動標題、時間與與會者，用於會前提示與帶入標題，只在本機使用。
- 你可以在設定中設定錄音與逐字稿的保留期間，到期自動刪除；也可以隨時刪除單場會議。
API Key 與登入資訊
語音辨識、AI 服務的 API Key，以及 Google 登入的授權憑證，都存在 macOS 鑰匙圈，不寫入 App 的資料庫，也不會送給我們。
送往第三方服務的資料
App 只在使用對應功能時，把必要的資料直接從你的 Mac 送到下列服務。這些服務使用你自己的帳號與 API Key，資料的處理適用各服務自己的條款與隱私權政策。
- 語音辨識（Meta Muse）：會議進行時的音訊，用於產生逐字稿與分辨講者。
- 你設定的 AI 服務（任何 OpenAI 相容的服務，也可以是在你電腦上執行的模型）：已定稿的逐字稿段落、會議中的筆記與待討論問題、要翻譯的句子，以及你問 AI 助理的問題。錄音與行事曆內容不會送出。沒有設定 AI 服務時，不會送出任何內容。
Google 帳號
登入 Google 帳號是選擇性的；不登入也能錄音與轉錄。登入後，App 向 Google 要求以下權限，並只用於下列用途：
- 基本資料（名稱、電子郵件、頭像）：在 App 中顯示你登入的帳號；回報問題時預填聯絡信箱，你可以修改。
- Google 日曆（唯讀）：讀取你的日曆清單與活動的標題、時間與與會者，用來在首頁顯示今天的會議、在會議開始前提示你，並帶入會議標題與與會者名稱。行事曆內容只在你的 Mac 上使用，不會送往語音辨識、翻譯或 AI 服務，App 也不會修改你的日曆。
- Google Drive（僅限 App 專用資料夾）：只在你開啟雲端同步並選擇某場會議時，把該會議加密後存進你 Google Drive 中這個 App 專用的隱藏資料夾，讓你在另一台 Mac 上取回。資料在離開你的電腦前就已用只有你持有的金鑰加密，Google 與我們都無法讀取內容。App 無法存取你 Drive 中的其他檔案。
Meets Room 使用與傳輸從 Google API 取得的資訊，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的 Limited Use 規定。 我們不會把 Google 資料轉給任何人、不用於廣告，也不用來訓練 AI 模型；這些資料不會經過我們的伺服器。
回報問題
只有在你於 App 中按下「送出」時，才會寄出問題回報。送出前會完整顯示要送出的內容。預設只包含你填寫的描述、聯絡信箱、App 與 macOS 版本、最近的錯誤訊息；量測數字、這場會議的逐字稿與截圖要你逐項勾選才會附上。回報不包含任何 API Key、登入憑證或錄音。 回報經由我們在 Cloudflare 上的中繼端點，透過 Maileroo 寄到我們的信箱，只用於處理你回報的問題。
我們不做的事
- 不收集使用統計、不追蹤、不放廣告。
- 不出售或分享你的資料。
- 沒有我們自己保存會議內容的伺服器。
刪除資料與撤銷授權
- 在 App 的會議記錄中刪除會議；或移除 App 後刪除上述資料夾，即刪除所有本機資料。
- 雲端同步的會議可在 App 中要求從雲端刪除；你也可以在 Google Drive 設定的「管理應用程式」中刪除這個 App 的隱藏資料。
- 在 App 中登出，或到 Google 帳戶的第三方存取權 撤銷 Meets Room 的授權。
政策變更
政策有變更時，會更新本頁並修改上方的日期；若變更涉及資料的用途，會在 App 中告知。

Privacy Policy (English summary)
Meets Room is a macOS app by Moonshine Studio. Meeting recordings, transcripts, notes and settings are stored only on your Mac. API keys and Google sign-in credentials are kept in the macOS Keychain. We run no server that stores your meetings, and we collect no analytics and show no ads.
When you use the features, audio is sent directly from your Mac to the speech recognition service (Meta Muse), and finalized transcript text, notes and assistant questions to the AI service you configure, using your own accounts and API keys.
Google sign-in is optional. With it, the app uses your basic profile (name, email, picture) to show the signed-in account;
reads your calendar list and events (read-only: titles, times, attendees) to show today's meetings and prompt you before they start — calendar data stays on your Mac and is never sent to transcription, translation or AI services;
and, only for meetings you choose to sync, stores them end-to-end encrypted in the app's hidden folder in your Google Drive (drive.appdata) so you can restore them on another Mac. The app cannot access any other Drive files.
Meets Room's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not transferred to anyone, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and does not pass through our servers.
Issue reports are sent only when you press Send, after showing you their full content, via our relay on Cloudflare and Maileroo to our mailbox. They never include API keys, credentials or recordings.
To delete your data, delete meetings in the app or remove the app's folder; revoke Google access by signing out in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contact: meetsroom@moonshine.tw.
